OUR STORY

The designer and owner of ARTIMOS Kelin Yue came from China and studied architecture and urban planning in University College London. Kelin’s personal interest in arts and my experience in scientific research inspired her into creating the concept of “Scientific Art.” This ultimately lead to creating my brand ARTIMOS. ARTIMOS stands for arts and cosmos which represent the collision between two opposing yet rather beautiful ideas.

The working process reflects the aesthetic value of Kelin: the pattern was generated from open sourced data and transferred into geometric shapes which are corresponding to the real map while the colour palate is inspired by brilliant artists like David Hockney, Monet, etc.

Short after the launch in 2015, Artimos "Invisible City"  collectionhas won a place at Royal Academy Best British Designer Open call, and sold at prestigious Royal academy shop in Willington Garden Site, Piccadilly, London

Also Artimos was delighted to participate in 2015 London Design Week by exhibiting in the boutique hotel "Hospital Club" located in Covent Garden, London
